Dr. Tiffany Gardner was drawn to Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine because it allows her to work in the ICU and care for patients and their families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. During her training, she developed a particular interest in pulmonary hypertension. She found the complex physiology and thoughtful, long-term management of these patients especially rewarding.
Dr. Gardner’s clinical focus includes pulmonary hypertension and advanced hemodynamic evaluation, including right heart catheterization. She values the opportunity to combine evidence-based medicine with a deep understanding of cardiopulmonary physiology. Her goal is to provide personalized care for every patient and help them achieve the best possible quality of life.
Outside of work, Dr. Gardner enjoys spending time with her family, discovering great food, and exploring the Pacific Northwest through casual scenic hikes and other outdoor adventures.
