Signing up for MyChart is Easy!

We have four simple ways to sign up:

  1. When you schedule an appointment with The Oregon Clinic you’ll receive an activation link by email and/or text like the example below. See the FAQ for more about using your activation link.
  2. Ask the front desk staff at your clinic for an activation link at any time.
  3. Four days before your visit, you will receive an eCheck-In that includes a MyChart sign up link as seen in the example below. Learn more about eCheck-In
  4. Use the MyChart app or website to sign up. See the FAQ for sign up instructions.

Viewing Your Health History From before JUNE 10, 2024

Continue to use your InteliChart PatientPortal account to access your historical medical information from The Oregon Clinic such as lab results, after visit summaries, and chart notes for visits from before June 10, 2024.


MyChart Registration FAQs

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for the MyChart app.

If you already have a Providence MyChart, you don’t need to set up a new MyChart account with The Oregon Clinic! You will automatically see information for The Oregon Clinic in your chart.

Use the same credentials as your Providence MyChart account to log in to your Oregon Clinic account.

Log in to MyChart at any time using your credentials via the MyChart app, bookmark the desktop website (https://mychartor.providence.org/affiliate/) or click any MyChart link on our website.

Using MyChart FAQs

You aren’t required to have a MyChart Account to access care at The Oregon Clinic. However, you will need MyChart to message your doctor or practitioner, and view medical information such as lab results, after visit summaries, and chart notes.

No, InteliChart PatientPortal and MyChart by Epic do not share data. You will continue to use your InteliChart PatientPortal account to access historical medical information from before June 10, 2024 such as lab results, after visit summaries, and chart notes.

New medical record information will be available in MyChart starting June 10, 2024. You will continue to use InteliChart PatientPortal to access your historical medical information such as lab results, after visit summaries, and chart notes. However, you will no longer get health history updates or be able to message your provider using this portal.

On June 5, 2024 InteliChart messaging will end.

You will be able to message your doctor or practitioner through MyChart after your next appointment, or your clinic sends you a message.

Call your clinic to connect with your care team until your MyChart messaging is activated.

Depending on your service date, you can use MyChart or Instamed to pay your bill. Please visit our Pay Your Bill page for more details.

eCheck-In is a convenient feature that allows you to complete pre-visit tasks before your appointment. You can complete eCheck-In through your MyChart account, app, or your eCheck-In notification. You don’t need a MyChart account to use eCheck-In. Visit our eCheck-In Page to learn more.

4 days before your appointment: You’ll receive a text and/or email message to eCheck-In for your appointment.

2 days before your appointment: You will receive an appointment reminder via text, email, or/and phone, asking you to confirm your appointment.

1 day before your appointment: You’ll receive an eCheck-In reminder if you haven’t checked in yet.

Yes, you can. MyChart proxy access allows you to access the medical records of your family members and others you care for, with their permission. You must be at least 18 years old to have proxy access to another person’s medical record.

You might also want to grant a family member or friend access to your medical records when you need assistance managing your appointments and other medical needs. To give someone access to your medical record, send a proxy invite through the Friends and Family Access page in MyChart.

Your unique email address and password helps us keep your personal information secure and private. To share your chart with a caregiver or family member, set up proxy access in the Friends and Family Access page of MyChart.

MyChart Support FAQs

Yes. Your personal information in MyChart is secure and private. The system uses security measures and safeguards appropriate for your information.

On the MyChart login screen, click the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? link for help. If you forgot both your username and password, start with the username first. You will be prompted to answer some security questions to verify your identity so you can recover your username or password.

You need access to a computer or mobile device connected to the Internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).

For virtual visits you will also need a web camera and speakers.

You can use the MyChart app on a mobile phone or tablet.
