Dr. Meredith Grover found her way to medicine through teaching. While working as a high school Spanish teacher, she realized she wanted to make a deeper impact on the lives of children and families. This set her on the path to medical school and ultimately to pediatrics. Dr. Grover believes that a positive impact on a child’s health can ripple outward for the rest of their life, and she considers that kind of influence a true privilege.
As part of her general pediatrics practice, Dr. Grover performs circumcisions, Nexplanon placements, and minor office procedures. She loves working with the whole family as a unit rather than focusing on a patient in isolation, drawing on both her expertise as a physician and her experience as a parent to help families make the decisions that are right for them.
Dr. Grover is a bilingual provider, fluent in both English and Spanish.
Portland has been a welcoming home for Dr. Grover, and she loves the way the city combines easy access to the outdoors with the warmth of a small town and the amenities of a big city. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, exploring the local restaurant scene, camping with her husband and daughter, and knitting her own clothes.
