The Oregon Clinic Radiation Oncology specialty offers a team-oriented approach combined with the latest technological advances to provide the most effective treatment plan available to patients with cancer. We work closely with the surgeons, medical oncologists and primary care physicians to help our patients understand their disease and support them through their treatment.

Forms
If you are registered with InteliChart PatientPortal, you will receive a link to your check-in forms up to two weeks before your visit. This gives you the opportunity to fill out your forms at a time and place that is private. Filling out your forms ahead of time also helps us keep our waiting areas clear so patients can maintain social distance.
If you are not registered with our portal, signing up is quick and easy.
- Call your clinic and they will text or email you a secure link.
- Click on the link and follow a couple quick steps.
- Complete the process by confirming your email address for future logins.
- Get your forms up to two weeks before your appointment.
If you can’t fill out your forms online before your appointment, please plan to arrive early to complete your forms in the waiting area before your visit.

Parking
- Turn onto NE 47th Ave.
- Follow signs to Cancer Center/47th Ave Parking
- Drive forward into the circle drive.
- Enter the parking garage will be on the left.
Valet parking
- Free valet parking is available in the circular drive.
Drop off or pick up
- Use the circle drive in front of the Cancer Center for drop off and pick up.
Getting to the office
- From the skybridge, take elevator to G Level.
- From street level, look for signs to Radiation Oncology.
- Radiation Oncology is on the left of the reception desk on the Garden Level.
