Shoshanna Lewis focuses her physical therapy practice on pelvic health; a specialty she believes is vastly underutilized. Pelvic health physical therapy goes far beyond bowel and bladder function; it directly influences injuries and pain in the lower back, hips, and trunk. Through both personal and professional experience, Shoshanna has seen firsthand how pelvic floor therapy results in real, life-changing progress. She feels honored to be a trusted partner helping her patients take back control of the most personal aspects of their lives.
Shoshanna believes physical therapists have a unique ability to understand what truly motivates their patients. She uses each patient’s “why” to create personalized treatment plans that help people reach their goals and improve quality of life. Shoshanna uses hands-on manual rehab techniques as well as external and internal pelvic floor examinations to work with patients on a wide range of conditions, including pelvic pain, low back pain, prenatal care, and postpartum recovery.
After growing up in Miami, Shoshanna fell in love with Oregon the moment she arrived. Coming from a city that is famously flat, she was struck by the beauty of tall trees, mountain views, and vertical landscapes. Outside of work, Shoshanna spends time with her family, running, cooking, and tackling projects around the home.
