Dr. Sean McKee is a fellowship-trained otolaryngologist with specialized expertise in nasal, sinus, and skull base disorders. He completed a prestigious fellowship in Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary at Harvard Medical School. Dr. McKee offers comprehensive medical and surgical management for chronic rhinosinusitis and paranasal sinus diseases. His clinical focus includes advanced endoscopic sinus surgery, revision sinus surgery, skull base surgery, and orbital surgery.
Dr. McKee was drawn to Ear, Nose & Throat because of the opportunity to apply his engineering background to solve complex problems that affect our senses and how we connect with the world. His goal is to make every patient feel better, whether that is through medical therapy, surgery, or peace of mind from education and counseling.
Dr. McKee enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level and understanding how their condition impacts their daily life. The most rewarding part of his work is helping individuals understand their diagnosis and guiding them through a range of treatment options, whether medical or surgical, to help them feel their best.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Dr. McKee spent several years on the East Coast before returning home to join The Oregon Clinic. He enjoys biking around Portland and exploring the amazing food scene, eclectic cafes, artisanal stores, and hidden gems.
Outside of medicine, Dr. McKee is passionate about healthy living and is an avid sauna enthusiast, traveler, golfer, and rock climber. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and looks forward to exploring mountaineering, kite surfing, and his next creative hobby.
