Dr. Melissa Hahn knows she has done her job well when parents tell her their kids are actually excited to come to the office. Engaging children in their own healthcare and creating a positive experience is her everyday goal. She wants every patient to grow up knowing that a trip to the doctor can be safe, comfortable, and even a little fun. She cares for patients from newborns through high school. 

Building long-term relationships with children and their families is at the heart of Dr. Hahn’s practice. Meeting a newborn in the hospital and following that child all the way through high school is something she considers both an honor and a joy. 

Dr. Hahn loves all Portland has to offer, especially the sense of community in her neighborhood coupled with easy access to the mountains, forests, and the ocean. She enjoys farmers’ markets, creative restaurants, and the city’s ever-changing food truck scene. Outside of the office, Dr. Hahn loves spending time with her husband and children, gardening, and cooking.
