Leslie has been interested in nutrition since her childhood gymnastics days. She immediately saw how nutrition could help people of all age ranges and diagnoses. Her family personally struggled with gastrointestinal disorders, and she wanted to better understand how she could help them to feel better by educating herself on the low FODMAP diet.

Leslie’s favorite part of her work is connecting with people to help them improve how they think about nutrition and realize small nutritional changes can result in them feeling better over time.

Leslie enjoys living in Portland because of the variety of things to do and see, as well as the beautiful spring and summer.

Outside of work, she likes spending time with family and friends, pickleball, racquetball, watching baseball, paddle boarding, hiking, reading, wine tasting, and enjoying the variety of dining experiences that Portland has to offer.
