About Me

My philosophy is to work in partnership with patients in promoting physical and emotional health through nutrition, exercise, and medicine, exploring both traditional and alternative routes.

Dr. Lara Williams grew up in Houston, Texas as the oldest of four children. She still regularly travels home to see her family. She is a certified Pilates instructor and GYROTONIC instructor as well. She and her husband have two children that keep them busy. She also enjoys the outdoors, reading, gardening, and fishing with her husband. She also volunteers with the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington.

Dr. Williams speaks fluent Spanish.
