Kayla Jerde PA-C, MPH

Kayla became interested in otolaryngology and ENT health because she can work with patients in many different age groups. After completing a rotation in ENT during her clinical training, Kayla received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire and received her Masters of Public Health from Oregon State University. She completed a medical internship in Kathmandu, Nepal studying primary health care. Kayla also has experience in the dermatology field and previously traveled to Udaipur, India to volunteer in a clinic treating dermatological conditions.

After moving to the East coast for school, Kayla is excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest. She loves Portland for the close proximity to Mt. Hood and the ocean, but most importantly being close to her family. When not working, she enjoys playing soccer, skiing in the winter and hiking with her yellow Labrador Retriever in the summer. She also spends her time traveling, cooking and being with family and friends. A Gonzaga grad, Kayla loves to watch college basketball and cheer on her team.
