About Me
I believe in serving my patients and the community with compassionate, empathetic and skilled care. I am proud to be a part of the Oregon Clinic, which practices high quality and efficient medicine. My passion is to provide all of my patients with my very best at all times.
Dr. Regan graduated from Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). He later completed his internship and residency at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Regan finished his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. His areas of focus include biliary tract, gallbladder, and pancreatic diseases. He also treats esophagus, stomach, small intestine and colon disease at The Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology East. Dr. Regan brings the clinic several honors and awards including the Tartar Trust Research Fellowship Award from OHSU and was also inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He was also a past member of the Executive committee for Providence Milwaukie Hospital and the former President of Street Youth AIDS Education Outreach Program at OHSU.
