Dr. Beenish Shaikh centers her practice on the prevention and management of chronic illness, women’s health, and geriatric medicine. She values the opportunity to care for the whole patient and build meaningful relationships over time and believes strongly in having an open dialogue with her patients. Dr. Shaikh views each visit as an opportunity to both teach and to listen and learn about her patients. Her goal is to make sure every patient feels fully informed and actively involved in their own care.

Outside of the office, Dr. Shaikh is drawn to everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer in terms of outdoor adventure and natural beauty. When she is not at work, she enjoys traveling, reading, writing, dabbling in the arts, and seeking out her next outdoor adventure.

Dr. Shaikh speaks fluent Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.
