Andrew Doan was drawn to Urology’s combination of surgical care and significant patient interaction. He enjoys working in an environment where there are always opportunities to learn and adapt to new challenges. It keeps his work engaging and helps him be a better provider for his patients.
Many urologic conditions are deeply personal, and Andrew considers it an honor to support his patients through those challenges. Andrew values the ability to have long-term relationships with his patients and make a meaningful impact on their quality of life.
Andrew appreciates Portland’s adaptability and being able to go to the mountains, the coast, or the river gorge in one day. Outside of work, he enjoys the food scene and trying new restaurants, visiting the many wineries in the area, playing music, spending time with his friends, skiing, and building computers.
