Computed Tomography (CT) Scan
A Computed Tomography (CT) Scan uses x-rays and a computer to create cross-section images of your spine or brain. A critical diagnostic tool, CT allows your physician to view your spine or brain in “slices.” It may or may not be performed with an injectable dye.
Our ultra-fast, advanced CT scanner can image the full torso in a single breath hold. Sophisticated computers and software enable the radiologist to examine an area in the body from any angle helping to visualize even the tiniest abnormalities.
Our top of the line equipment means our patients receive 50-70% less radiation during CT scans.
Our facility is a designated Lung Cancer Screening Center through the American College of Radiology.
