We Moved!
We moved to the Creekside Pavilion at 11000 SW Stratus Street in Beaverton, off 217 near Washington Square Mall, on May 4, 2026. Please call our front desk at 503-297-1351 if you have any questions.
Our surgeons are all board certified in general surgery and are fully equipped to perform all forms of general surgery and colorectal procedures.
Our team is committed to providing the best care for all patients. All procedures are performed by the most qualified and experienced surgeons using a range of modern techniques and devices, including open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures.
The team communicates clearly and efficiently with patients and their families, and offers treatments tailored to each patient’s individual needs. The practice offers pre- and post-surgical care for all patients and provides follow-up care after treatments.

The Creekside Pavilion is located off Hwy 217 in the Nimbus Business Park at the intersection of SW Stratus St and SW Nimbus Ave. The Pavilion is conveniently near the Hall/Nimbus WES TriMet Station.
Parking
- Ample free parking is available in front of and on the sides of Creekside Pavilion
- Enter parking lots from either SW Stratus St or SW Nimbus Ave
Drop Off or Pick Up
- Pull alongside the loading zone in front of Creekside Pavilion to drop off or pick up patients
- A dedicated loading zone parking spot is also available
Getting to the Office
- Enter Creekside Pavilion through the north side main entrance
- Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor
- Follow signs to Suite 200 (The Oregon Clinic reception area) to check in
