We moved to the Creekside Pavilion at 11000 SW Stratus Street in Beaverton, off 217 near Washington Square Mall, on May 4, 2026. Please call our front desk at 503-281-0561 if you have any questions. The Center for Advanced Surgery East will remain in its current location.

In January 2022, The Oregon Clinic Gastrointestinal & Minimally Invasive Surgery (GMIS) changed their name to The Oregon Clinic Center for Advanced Surgery. We deliver the highest quality surgical care at our locations in Providence Portland Cancer Center and The Oregon Clinic Creekside Pavilion.
Our group of general and minimally invasive specialists includes board-certified physicians fellowship trained in general and colorectal surgery. They are among the best in the Western United States and across the country. The surgeons provide complete evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical treatment for a wide variety of disorders. We have pioneered some of the most advanced, minimally invasive procedures while achieving the fewest complications, highest survival rates and best outcomes in the state.
A small sample of our focus includes, hemorrhoids, diverticulitis, gallbladder disease, Crohn’s/ulcerative colitis, thyroid and parathyroid disease, varicose veins, hernia repair, appendix removal, colon cancer, and gastrointestinal disease.
The Center for Advanced Surgery is dedicated to a team approach to provide state-of-the-art, proven medicine that is delivered with great care and compassion. We equate good patient education to good medicine and believe in working with our patients to educate about risk factors and lifestyle changes that can help prevent disease. The Creekside Pavilion is located off Hwy 217 in the Nimbus Business Park at the intersection of SW Stratus St and SW Nimbus Ave. The Pavilion is conveniently near the Hall/Nimbus WES TriMet Station.
Parking
- Ample free parking is available in front of and on the sides of Creekside Pavilion
- Enter parking lots from either SW Stratus St or SW Nimbus Ave
Drop off or pick up
- Pull alongside the loading zone in front of Creekside Pavilion to drop off or pick up patients
- A dedicated loading zone parking spot is also available
Getting to the Office
- Enter Creekside Pavilion through the north side main entrance
- Take the stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor
- Follow signs to Suite 200 (The Oregon Clinic reception area) to check in
