At The Oregon Clinic Cardiology, we provide our patients with excellent, caring cardiovascular services — every visit, every time.

General and preventative cardiology:

• General cardiology
• Preventive cardiology
• Acute coronary problems
• Specialized cardiovascular therapies such as: coronary artery intervention, catheter ablation, pacemaker/implantable defibrillators, and cardioversions
• Peripheral vascular medicine
• Fully integrated programs such as: anticoagulation, heart (failure) improvement, electrophysiology and device clinics, and vascular services   
• Onsite testing including echocardiograms, treadmill stress tests, electrocardiograms, and nuclear studies

The Creekside Pavilion is located off Hwy 217 in the Nimbus Business Park at the intersection of SW Stratus St and SW Nimbus Ave. The Pavilion is conveniently near the Hall/Nimbus WES TriMet Station.

Parking

• Ample free parking is available in front of and on the sides of Creekside Pavilion
• Enter parking lots from either SW Stratus St or SW Nimbus Ave

Drop off or pick up

• Pull alongside the loading zone in front of Creekside Pavilion to drop off or pick up patients
• A dedicated loading zone parking spot is also available

Getting to the Office

• Enter Creekside Pavilion through the north side main entrance
• Take the elevator to the 3rd floor (we do not recommend taking the stairs to the 3rd floor)
• Follow signs to Suite 300 (The Oregon Clinic reception area) to check in
