As we enter open enrollment season, we know you may be looking for an insurance plan that includes The Oregon Clinic. We are in contract negotiations with insurance plans through the end of the year. We will update this page as we have confirmed information about accepted commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans.

Medicare Advantage Plan Patients 

Big changes that might impact your healthcare access are coming to Medicare Advantage plans in Oregon next year! We want to provide you with important information as you make insurance decisions during Medicare open enrollment this fall (October 15 – December 7, 2026) 

• As of January 2026, The Oregon Clinic no longer accepts United Health Care (UHC) Medicare Advantage plans.
• We will continue to accept all Medicare Supplemental plans, including the AARP Medicare supplement through United Healthcare. 
• Providence Health Plan will stop offering Medicare Advantage plans at the end of 2026 as they end their insurance program. 
• Health Net will continue to provide their Wellcare Medicare Advantage plans, which The Oregon Clinic will continue to accept.  They will end their commercial group health plans in Oregon as of February 28, 2027 
• Other insurance carriers are also making changes to Medicare Advantage in 2027 that might impact you. 

If you would like to continue seeing your Oregon Clinic doctor in 2027, we encourage you to choose a Medicare Advantage plan we accept during open enrollment. These are listed below.

• Providence Health Plan will end their insurance program on December 31, 2026. 
• Health Net is discontinuing their commercial group health plans in Oregon as of February 28, 2027.
