Rachel Guffey chose the field of plastic surgery because it was the perfect blend between art and medicine. She enjoys being able to feel like she is a part of restoring a sense of identity to her patients.
Rachel enjoys living in Portland because it has the best blend of different cuisines and it’s fun to try out new restaurants and experience cultures you would not have been exposed to otherwise.
Outside of work, she likes trying new recipes, spending time with family, and finding new favorite restaurants.
