Update for UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage Plan Patients

The Oregon Clinic

We are disappointed to share that as of January 1, 2026, The Oregon Clinic will no longer accept UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage plan.

This means doctors and practitioners at The Oregon Clinic will not be able to see UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan members starting January 1, 2026. Patients undergoing certain types of treatment may be eligible for continuity of care benefits. Please reach out to UnitedHealthcare to learn more about continuity of care.

Impacted patients who would like to continue seeing their Oregon Clinic doctor in 2026 can switch to a Medicare Advantage plan we accept listed on our website at oregonclinic.com/insurance. You can choose a new plan during Medicare’s open enrollment period: October 15 through December 7, 2025.

The Oregon Clinic tried to reach an agreement for 2026 that worked for both UnitedHealthcare and The Oregon Clinic. We are disappointed we were not able to agree on contract terms.

For patients undergoing infusions or other treatment during the transition, talk to your clinic team members about a transition plan to another practitioner. Or, you can switch to a plan we will accept.
