Signing up for MyChart at The Oregon Clinic is Easy!

We have four simple ways to sign up:

  1. When you schedule an appointment with The Oregon Clinic you’ll receive an activation link by email and/or text. See the FAQ below about using your activation link
  2. Ask the front desk staff at your clinic for an activation link at any time.
  3. Four days and two days before your visit, you will receive an eCheck-In that includes a MyChart sign up link. Learn more about eCheck-In
  4. Use the MyChart app or website to sign up. See the FAQ for sign up instructions.

MyChart Registration FAQs

When you schedule an appointment or request an activation link, you will receive an activation link by email and/or text.

  1. Your activation link is active for 12 hours.
  2. You can activate your account on the MyChart website or mobile app.
  3. After you click on your link, verify your identity by providing your name, date of birth, and email address.
  4. Once you’ve validated your identity, your dashboard is available!

You can still use the link if it has expired. However, it will ask you for a few more identifying details, such as Date of Birth and last 4 of your Social Security Number.

Or, you can call your clinic and ask for a new activation link.

If you don’t have an activation link from The Oregon Clinic, you can still sign up on the MyChart website or App. You can also call your clinic and have an activation link sent by email or text.

MyChart App:

  1. Download the MyChart App
  2. Click Sign Up
  3. Search for The Oregon Clinic
  4. Follow the steps to sign up and verify your identity, or connect your existing account to The Oregon Clinic.

MyChart Website:

  1. Visit oregonclinic.com/mychart
  2. Click Access My Chart
  3. Sign in or follow the steps to sign up and verify your identity
  4. Search for The Oregon Clinic and connect your account.

Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play store and search for the MyChart app.

If you already have a Providence MyChart, you don’t need to set up a new MyChart account with The Oregon Clinic! You will automatically see information for The Oregon Clinic in your chart.

Use the same credentials as your Providence MyChart account to log in to your Oregon Clinic account.

If you have MyChart for non-Providence providers (ex: OHSU, Legacy Health, Women’s Healthcare Associates, etc.) you still need to sign up for a MyChart account with The Oregon Clinic. Request an activation link from your clinic or follow the instructions on this page to set up a new account.

After you register, go to ‘Your Menu’ > Sharing section > ‘Link My Accounts’. Once there, you can select The Oregon Clinic from a list of organizations or search using the search bar.

Log in to MyChart at any time using your credentials via the MyChart app, bookmark the desktop website (https://orca.myonlinechart.org/affiliate/Authentication/Login?) or click any MyChart link on our website.
