About Me
I value an approach to health care that is collaborative and tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Stiles pursued a degree in Naturopathic Medicine to provide patients with both conventional and complementary health care. Dr. Stiles enjoys collaborating with a variety of providers within the healthcare system and works toward building relationships with the community around naturopathic care.
Dr. Stiles obtained an accredited four-year doctorate level degree at The National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Stiles also completed a 3-year accredited naturopathic residency with The Oregon Clinic Obstetrics & Gynecology North. She continues to pursue specialized training in functional and naturopathic medicine to expand her ability to provide integrative healthcare to our patients.
While Dr. Stiles enjoys caring for patients throughout all stages of life, she will be focusing on specific care aspects that impact our patients. This includes polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis or chronic pelvic pain, premature ovarian insufficiency, Hashimoto’s, irregular or absent menstrual cycles, menopausal symptoms, cyclical mood complaints, fertility, and general hormone-related complaints, such as acne or weight change. She enjoys being able to offer patients expanded options for health and healing.
Dr. Stiles loves living in Portland because of the abundance of good restaurants and coffee shops. Outside of work, she likes experimenting with new recipes, trying a variety of exercise classes, and traveling to sunny destinations.
