Jill Gordanier, RDN, LD
My first and most important goal is to listen to and understand the unique perspectives of every person I meet. Through teamwork and trust, we will develop an individualized plan together towards optimal nutrition for improved well-being. Better health (and happiness) can be achieved with food through small, realistic changes.
Jill has always been interested in GI nutrition because of the direct impact foods and eating patterns have on gut health and healing. She most enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories and perspectives. The human connection this provides is very gratifying and she always learns something new each time.
Jill loves living in Portland because of the great outdoors and natural beauty in the area, from the coast to the mountains and high deserts. She was born and raised in Oregon and the Portland metro area is a perfect gateway to all those beautiful places. Outside of work, Jill enjoys finding new places to hike, paddleboarding, spending time with her husband and children as well as her Shih Tzu dog, trying new foods, and enjoying daily cups of tea.
