About Me

I aspire to find an outcome that aligns with the patient’s goals and lifestyle. I believe this is best achieved by talking and forming a relationship with my patients. I hope with every interaction, my patient leaves feeling heard and empowered to have control over their physical well-being.

- Elizabeth Miller, PA-C

Elizabeth chose to go into orthopedics because of the positive impact that minor or major interventions have on the day-to-day life of a patient. She believes it is rewarding to find the problem and create a solution that fits the patient. Elizabeth has a strong background in athletics and has always enjoyed learning about the body and mechanics. She connects well to patients with sports related injuries and understands the patience and time necessary to heal.

Elizabeth finds that looking at a patient as a whole, rather than focusing on a single problem, allows for the best resolution. She is attentive to small details and enjoys managing the care of a patient from the initial consult to post-operative management/chronic conditions. She also enjoys the impact she has on a patient’s lifestyle to help them get back to what brings them joy in their life, whether that’s playing with their grandchildren or running a marathon.

Elizabeth loves that Portland has so many things to offer in close proximity, like a plethora of wonderful and diverse food options, beautiful hikes and the coastline within a short drive. Elizabeth recently moved to Portland from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is excited to explore the city and neighborhoods. Outside of work, Elizabeth likes staying active through running and cycling on the trails. She also loves traveling and getting to experience new cultures.
