Brianna Costello, PA-C
Due to the ever-changing healthcare landscape, I strive to practice medicine that utilizes the most current research, treatments, and therapies. I believe that the best care is respectful of, and welcoming to, individual patient needs, preferences, and values – ensuring that my patients actively participate in decisions regarding their care. I look forward to working together to accomplish your health goals!
Healthy lungs keep us breathing and ensure that our organs are properly functioning. Brianna is excited to be working within the pulmonary field to educate patients on how to prevent and treat respiratory illnesses that our bodies are most susceptible to. Sleep also plays a vital role in physical and mental health and Brianna is looking forward to helping diagnose and treat her patients’ sleep disorders, as well as prevent future disease by practicing good sleep hygiene.
Before attending Physician Assistant school, Brianna worked in clinical research. As a pulmonary, sleep, & critical care PA, Brianna intends to continue her commitment to research and innovation.
For Brianna, the most rewarding part of her career is the opportunity to create connections with her patients, their families, and her colleagues. She believes it is a privilege to gain the respect and trust of the individuals she treats, while working with them to make educated and often difficult decisions.
Brianna and her husband recently relocated from the Midwest to Portland and are thrilled to be living in a beautiful city with both the mountains and the ocean short drives away. They are enjoying exploring new restaurants, coffee shops, and bookstores.
Outside of work, Brianna and her husband enjoy being active outdoors by hiking, camping, and backpacking. She also likes yoga, traveling abroad, live music, visiting museums, and spending time with family and friends.
