Notice: Error on Patient Billing Statements
On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, a computer crash caused an error with some of our patient billing statements, resulting in about 650 patients receiving a statement with their balance doubled.
If you receive a billing statement in the mail with your balanced doubled, please disregard it. Corrected statements will be sent out this week. This will not affect any payment amounts, payment plans, auto-pay plans, or any payment arrangements patients have previously set up.
